About the Baker

          Hi! I'm Lilo, the baker and owner of Streusel Bakeshop! Running this bakeshop has been an incredible experience and being able to share freshly baked goods is one of my favorite things in the world. Starting a bakery delivery service has been a learning curve, from how to package my products to making sure I follow all of the local laws. I started baking about four years ago, but I have been helping my parents in the kitchen my whole life. I am a self-taught baker and love reading about the history behind some of the most beloved foods.
