If you love cheese, these are the rolls for you! Rolls can be plain and boring, but these are anything but! These rolls have sharp Cheddar mixed in as well as sprinkled on top.

These cookies are like the original- only better. Crunchy chocolate wafers sandwich a light and creamy vanilla filling. The embossed top creates an elegant black-and-white sandwich cookie.

A melt-in-the-mouth cookie made with walnuts and tumbled in powdered sugar. Be careful, as these cookies are highly addictive!

These cookies are packed full of cinnamon flavor. They are fluffy but chewy- the perfect combination!

Mountain out of a Molehill Cake (1/2 cake)
This traditional German cake is a study in chocolate-cherry. A light and airy chocolate cake surrounds the cherry filling; a whipped cream mousse creates the shape of the proverbial "molehill". The cake is then covered in chocolate cake "dirt" to represent the molehill.

Little Loaf Coffee Cakes (1 small loaf)
These loaves are fluffy, light, and filled with a cinnamon and chocolate mixture. They are topped with crumbly streusel. Having one of these loaves with an afternoon cup of coffee makes for pure bliss.

A chewy and light coffee cake with a crisp streusel topping. This cake is lightly sweetened and perfect for afternoon coffee.

Seasonal Fruit Crumble (8 x 4 pan)
A lightly sweetened and spiced layer of fruits is concealed by crisp and light streusel. The fruit in the crumble depends entirely on what is in season. This crumble can also be made with almond flour, which does not change the texture but makes it gluten free. *This is made around gluten-containing ingredients.*
